在課堂上,學生首先學習了一些基本的韓語詞彙和句子,例如點餐時常用的短語。接著,大家分組進行實際操作,由裴明姬老師親自示範並指導如何製作韓國泡菜年糕。從準備食材到烹飪技巧,裴明姬老師都給予細致入微的指導,使東大附中的高一學生能順利完成每一道菜式。

整個製作過程不僅讓學生們學會了如何在韓語環境中流利溝通,也讓他們感受到了韓國文化的豐富多彩。最重要的是,他們享受到自己親手製作的美味韓國泡菜年糕,並首次嘗試融入台灣特色配菜,這是一堂充滿樂趣和收穫的課堂體驗。

This album captures a special activity from the second semester of the 2023 academic year in the Korean language course—a cross-cultural experience involving the preparation of classic Korean cuisine (Korean spicy rice cakes) and creative fusion dishes combining Chinese and Korean elements. Guided by the experienced Korean language teacher, Ms. Bae Myung-Gi (배명희, 裴明姬), students learned how to order food, converse, and make this delicious traditional Korean snack in Korean.

During the class, students first learned some basic Korean vocabulary and phrases commonly used when ordering food. They then split into groups for hands-on practice, with Ms. Bae personally demonstrating and guiding them through the process of making Korean spicy rice cakes. From preparing ingredients to cooking techniques, Ms. Bae provided meticulous instructions, ensuring that the first-year high school students at The Affiliated High School of Tunghai University could successfully complete each dish.

The entire cooking process not only helped students become more fluent in communicating in a Korean-speaking environment but also allowed them to experience the richness of Korean culture. Most importantly, they enjoyed tasting the delicious Korean spicy rice cakes they made themselves, and for the first time, they tried incorporating Taiwanese side dishes. It was a fun and rewarding class experience.

This album showcases the moments of The Affiliated High School of Tunghai University students in the classroom, documenting their journey of learning Korean and integrating Chinese and Korean cultures. The International Education Office extends its gratitude to Ms. Bae Myung-Gi for her excellent guidance, which allowed Tunghai High School students to gain not only language skills but also enjoy a culinary adventure.
