教學資源
The use of the School Kitchen. Ingredients and cooking supplies provided by the students and the school. Computers and laptops.
作業設計
The students will have to complete a personal cookbook. They will also be required to complete 4 live cooking projects.
成績評定方式
Students will be assessed based on their performances and understanding of this course and we will be tested with written quizzes and live cooking performance.
